Absolutely. Combo feeding is a real thing, and lots of families do it. It can give you flexibility, shared feeding duties, and a little extra sleep (yes, please).
Just introduce formula gradually, watch for any signs of tummy upset, and make sure your baby still gets plenty of bonding time with you. If you’re pumping too, you can keep your supply up while supplementing.
It’s not all or nothing. You’re not failing breastfeeding by using formula—you’re succeeding at feeding your baby. That’s the point, right?
