Do I need to sterilize bottles after every use?

For newborns, especially under 3 months, yes—at least once a day. You can boil, use a steam sterilizer, or even microwave sterilizer bags. After that, hot soapy water usually does the trick.

Once your baby’s older and putting dog hair in their mouth, sterilizing will feel… less crucial. But early on? It’s a good habit while their immune system’s still warming up.

And don’t feel guilty if you forget once. You’re juggling a lot. No one’s getting graded.
