Some babies switch between boob and bottle like pros. Others act like you’re trying to feed them with a cactus if you change things up. The key is pacing bottle feeds and using slow-flow nipples.
Try to mimic breastfeeding by holding the bottle more horizontally and letting baby control the pace. It’s not nipple confusion so much as flow preference—bottles often give milk faster, which some babies prefer.
And don’t panic if they fuss. They’re learning, just like you.
