What’s cluster feeding and should I be worried?

Cluster feeding is when your baby suddenly wants to nurse constantly for hours. It usually happens in the evenings or during growth spurts (hello, 3 weeks, 6 weeks, and 3 months).

It’s not a sign you don’t have enough milk—your baby is just boosting your supply by feeding more. Basically, they’re placing a bulk order with your boobs.

It’s exhausting, yes, but temporary. Grab snacks, water, the remote, and settle in. And maybe a charger. Because nothing says “motherhood” like a baby on one boob and a dying phone in the other hand.
