Whichever one doesn’t break your back or make your baby cry—seriously. Try cradle hold, football hold, side-lying (great for sleepy feeds), or laid-back/reclined nursing.
Every mom and baby pair is different. If your baby latches well and you’re not in pain, you’ve found your winner. And don’t be afraid to switch it up—sometimes just changing position can fix a fussy feed.
Also, don’t underestimate the power of pillows. Prop yourself up like a queen. You’re feeding a human. Comfort is key.
