When can I introduce a bottle if I’m breastfeeding?

Most lactation experts recommend waiting until breastfeeding is well established—usually around 3–4 weeks. But honestly? Some babies take bottles early with no issue.

Pick a slow-flow nipple and let someone else do the feeding so baby doesn’t get confused. Don’t stress if they reject it at first—it’s not personal.

Keep offering gently, and don’t make bottle time a battle. Babies are stubborn… until they’re not.
